okay, i know, it has been a looong time since i have posted on this blog- so here is an update (in case you are still checking in!)
you probably already know that we have decided to move into this flip to wait out the slumpy market- not so bad, but the loose ends probably wont be tied up until the month we decide to put it on the market! (can you say, pro-cras-tin-a-tion?!)
so, what have we done since may?- mostly, we have been working outside...cant bring ourselves to caulk and paint when it is summer!
i will try to take some good pictures soon--- even though not much has been done, the old pictures are not very good!
