the electrical service is upgraded and ready to go...(lots of empty circuits right now, but many will be filled within the next week!) it took one full day to complete...very easy...the electrician also consolidated a sub panel into the upgrade. nice and neat!
in this view you can see the laundry room on the right and the newly framed bathroom on the left
the new bathroom is on the right in this photo...straight ahead will be a kitchenette (we will be removing the window AC unit).
the carpet was glued to the slab and so when we removed the carpet, the rubber backing stayed behind! (that is what is on the floor in this photo)
